We were established in 2001 by Director John McCusker M.Sc. MRICS and we are based in Newbury, Berkshire.

We have a great amount of experience in all of the aspects of commercial and residential property development and conversion and refurbishment projects.

We specialise in buying office and retail buildings and converting these into high quality apartments for sale or to let. The majority of our schemes are a mix of residential and commercial.

We seek to acquire sites unconditionally and add significant value through achieving new planning consents prior to construction. After extensive in-house research and consideration of the wider context of these developments, we are able to identify sites with the greatest potential both in terms of feasibility and profitability.

Each apartment is individually designed and we take great care to provide room layouts that maximise penetration of sunlight into the property. All our homes are environmentally sound – with the latest in energy-efficient fixtures fitted as standard.
